Dell laptop runs fatal error on log in where do i go for instructions on how to re install disks?

I have ran every internal program searching for errors and nothing is turning up. I can’t get in to reinstall the disks from the start up mode, it reads fatal error and windows log in process has shut down. How do I get to the proper place to reinstall the disks from there? Dell support won’t...

The error message says something about the display resolution needs to be changed, but it is set on the setting it says to, and it still comes up every sixty seconds or so. It says I can hit “2″ to disable the message, but that doesn’t work either. Anyone got any other ideas? This is...
