I got windows 7 premium today and i am getting an error message saying out of range on the monitor.?

Is there any way i can fix this problem so i can get to the screen where i can update the drivers. THe screen is totally blank.

I was trying to take a screenshot of a big picture and decided to try and change the screen resolution, but I forgot that it cant go higher than 1024×768 on the flat monitor and now it says Input Signal Out Of Range.
How do I fix it? I do not have the original video card driver and the one in it...
Will the magnets within the headphones cause any error with my laptop when sitting within close range?

I am getting an error message indicating the EXTERNAL
