I am using a Windows vista (please no comments on that, the computer was bought last week) and i just installed Adobe photoshop Elements 2.0.

The “serious error” as Microsoft calls it doesn’t Always occur right after getting to the desktop, but 1 out of 2 times it does.
When my computer starts back up I have the message that it encountered a serious error.
The error signature is as follows
