Question from TwoFacedAngel: The Worst Japanese-English Translation Since “Last Alert”???
For anyone who’s heard the new DeathNote theme, and know a smattering of Japanese, you’ll know that there’s a horrible translation error in the last part of the lyrics, and one minor error earlier on…..

First the minor one…..
Where it says:

Are You Going To Get Me Mad? Are You Going To Get Me Mad? Are You Going To Get Me Mad? People!

Are You Going To Get Me Mad? Are You Going To Get Me Mad? Are You Going To Get Me Mad? People!

It should be:

Hey, will you shockingly anger me? Will you shockingly anger me? Will you shockingly anger me? Humans

Hey, will you shockingly anger me? Will you shockingly anger me? Will you shockingly anger me? Humans

Also, where it, repeats:

Hey, Hey, A Hymn To Humanity, Love Has Gone
People Are You Worried?

It should be repeating:

Hey Hey, A Human Sucker, A Human Human F**ker

Any explanation for these large inconsistancies?????

Yeah except,

In the “Hey, Hey, A Human Sucker, A Human, Human F**ker” part…..

“Human is the only word in Japanesse, the rest is in English!!!!!

Or in other words…..

Hey, Hey, A Ningen Sucker
A Ningen, Ningen F**ker…..

They srewed up translating one F**KING WORD!!!!!1

nwo this is just my conjecture but this looks like censure… it seems that they are trying to translate and keep it g rated… this would be espaecially true if this song is used in any marketing…
