Hey, I Got The Same Problem When I Was Using Windows Live Services (Messenger,Email etc)
The Actual Problem Is The File – dwmapi.dll – A Vista dll File,
Locate The File, And Rename It (eg.dwmapi.dll.bak) And Error Should Go Away.
