.Png photoshop cs3 error?

Everytime I try to save something from my adobe photoshop as a .PNG I get this error message http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn163/Rayman1110/error.jpg what can I do to fix it
no i need it in png

Maybe try saving it in a different file………?
why cs3 use cs4 download it on http://direct-download-everything.blogspot.com/2009/01/adobe-photoshop-cs4.html
