    if your in windows follow these steps:

    first of all make sure your running the latest service pack, the latest service packs are:

    * For Windows 2000 – Service Pack 3
    * For Windows XP – Service Pack 3
    * For Windows Vista – Service Pack 1

    You can find out which service pack you have in xp or vista by going to start and right click on my computer and select properties in the start menu.

    Second of all make sure your running the latest web browser:

    * Latest stable IE release is: Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13
    * Latest stable FF release Is: Firefox 2.0.0.14

    To check which version you have click help and select about at the top of the browser.

    If you are up to date then try going into uninstall and remove programs and see whether microsoft silverlight is listed, if it is uninstall it, reboot the pc, then install the latest version:

    http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/resources/install.aspx

    visit this site if it isnt listed to try and solve the problem:

    http://support.microsoft.com/silverlight

    alternatively if you cant solve the problem then you can Contact a support professional by e-mail or phone:

    http://support.microsoft.com/silverlight

    select contacts on the left hand side of the screen
