How to install and uninstall Silverlight program…?

Installed Silverlight while back to watch Netflix. Then it stopped working. Had the error code 2105. Went back to download it, and said was aleady installed on the computer. Went to remove it from the computer, and told me that cannot remove program due to a patch. Anyone have something similiar to this? Anyone know how to remove it? Thanks for the feedback.

Go to C:Program Files n C:Program FilesCommon Files,>find the folders>run perfect uninstaller if u have>click “Force Uninstall” tab>select the program path>uninstall it.
