BSOD Windows XP error, please help!?

I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3 but everytime I boot in normal mode I get a blue screen of death error message –
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
Stop : 0×0000000A (0xF8A66460, 0×00000002, 0×00000001, 0×804D9BBA)
I am able to run in Safe mode and I have tried using system restore to no avail. I also have SpyBot search and destroy and Advanced SystemCare and neither of those programs have helped. What can I do?
