I tried to install blackberry desktop on my laptop I get an error that another program is being installed help?

So I keep trying to install BB desktop onto my laptop but everytime that the installation is almost complete it stops and says I have another program being installed. I know I have nothing else being installed at the same time but where do I go to find out or at least cancel the installation thats preventing me to install the BB desktop..

PLEASE!
I NEED ANSWERS!!

    restart your computer
    let is load
    and then try to install
    it should work
