hi ,im using acer aspire 4920 and I keep getting PXE Media test failure error on laptop start up.how i solve this problem plzzzzz help me

That means that it is trying to PXE boot (over the Ethernet port). If you have changed the boot order in your laptop, check that “LAN” is not first in the list. If you have not made any changes, you have probably corrupted the boot sector on your hard drive. The easiest way to fix that is to reinstall Windows.
