Okay well, I want to make more space on my laptop so that I can download an MMORPG game, and I want to make as much space as possible. Hi all!
Im running Windows Vista ® Home Premium ® Service Pack 2 on my DELL Studio 15 Laptop . All was going well . Some day, I had a problem with an update like, Silverlight update. It was showing a message like “The resources you are trying to access is unavailable on the network” . when I googled for it, I found that, I want to run a “windows installation cleanup wizard”. So I downloaded “windows installation cleanup” and ran it. It showed a list of 15 or 20 items to clean up (I don’t remember how much items it showed) . I just selected ALL the items and cleaned it up . And the the problem started there. My computer dowloads all updates, but it won’t install them. It always shows some sort of Error Message. I could have restored the system, but I have kept it disabled. So System Restore is not my option to correct the mistake that I have made. Some one please Help me. I hope this information is enough. If you want more info on this problem, do mail me at dhilipsiva@gmail.com or dhilipsiva@yahoo.com.
Plz plz plz, Some one plz help me ! I will be much thankful to you .

I’m using a Inspiron 2200 Dell Laptop with Windows XP. I have a problem with logging-in to many websites. For example, http://www.youtube.com When i hit the sign-in button my computers take me right back to homepage? What’s wrong with my computer? It also does this same problem with some other websites like http://www.break.com/ I can’t install silverlight either!! When i go to my add or remove programs thing, it says that i still have it installed on my computer which i believe is silverlight 1.0 and the newest is 3.0. So i am lead to believe that i have it installed but, whenever i go to websites that require silverlight to be installed, it says i need to install it! When i try to install it, it’s just an upgrade for what they believe is installed on my computer but isn’t! So it tries to upgrade 1.0(which i don’t have) to 3.0, but when it tries to upgrade it, it says that it can’t find the silver light 1.0 and it wants me to locate it (which i can’t) What is this problem? Whenever i go to a page on http://www.mediafire.com/ A big screen appears and says there was a javascript error in the process and i should try a different browser(i currently use ie8) I switched to firefox just to see if it made a difference and it didn’t, now i’m back to ie8. How can i fix these errors? Please post a very descriptive post about how to fix these problems. Hint – I don’t know if this is right but, Javascript error might be the cause of the log-in problem, and the silverlight problem might have been caused by an unsuccessful uninstallation/installation? PLEASE POST ANY HELP BEST GETS 10 POINTS.
- Thanks very much for all help provided!
I have Vista and IE7, but after a seemingly successful download of the plugin, I get the following error from IE:
Silverlight error message
Error Code: 2203
Error Type: Runtime Error
Message: AG_E_RUNTIME_SETVALUE
Method Name: Source
Any suggestions? Have not yet gotten a response from mlb’s help service, and its been well over 24 hours.
Update: It seems to work now. I had to mess around with my internet/intranet settings, but now I can watch 1.2M videos, so it must be working (although on 1.2 the video freezes after about 4 minutes…but maybe thats just my computer?)

this has been happening for about a week or so now, i try to install an update or program, like silverlight, and it doesn’t work. i download it fine, but the install keeps getting screwed up. the unpacking and stuff goes fine, then after i hit install, a window for windows installer pops up saying “the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable” which is unlikely since im like the only one on m network and it was downloaded to my hard drive. it says Click ok to try again but it always does the same thing, then it says try an alternate path, and gives a few options, none work, so i use the browse button to find the file and make the path, i find it, select it, it then takes a minute or two saying accessing feature, and then says the same thing again. when i hit cancel (the only way to get out of it) it just says install failed and closes. for the zune 4.0 it gives me an error and then tries to have me send in a error report, to which it opens another cant find feature window, and i have to close all of them leaving me annoyed and frustrated. any one got any ideas as to what this could be? ihaven’tt knowingly downloaded anything recently, and i installed norton 360 2010 last night and scanned everything without result besides a tracking cookie. any help on this would be great since this is really quite debilitating, thanks for the help
