I have looked all over the internet and NCR’s home page and I can’t find a manual or anything. I need to know what “error code 120- illegal printer configuration” means. No settings were changed, it was after a transaction that came up and now I can’t upload the totals from the register to our server until I figure this out. Any one have any ideas? I have replaced the printer and gotten the same error message.

Normally plug & play (install) works great. On every attempt to install this printer, through a network or just directly to my tower, I receive the error:

The file ‘DKAAP2P1.XML’ on Dell Windows 2000/XP Driver Disk or CD is needed.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers & firmware updates from dell.com So any help here would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I try to print an account from Tally 4.5, I get either of these two error messages :

1. Printer is not online or
2. Printer is busy.

How to rectify this error?

Printers, no matter how well you take care of them or how properly you use them, will have to give in to the pressure of wearing and tearing that comes with their use.  The breaking down of a printer is inevitable over the passage of time, even if the said machine is a Samsung printer.  When that happens, it becomes your task to find ways to troubleshoot the machine, which is the first thing you must do.

The First Steps

When your Samsung printer is new, you should anticipate the time that you would have to troubleshoot it after a period of usage.  No matter how good the quality of the machine is, machines have a nasty habit of generating errors when you least expect it.

The files copy manually. I only get an error when I try to go through the offical install program. Occasionally it does install. The printer icon appears briefly before it dissapears and it tries to install again-when it does it goes back to the file copying error.

I can’t scan an old photo to the pc without getting an error message. HP told me to uninstall the printer and reinstall it again. Will this work? Anyone else have a suggestion?

I seriously need some help here. My printer disappeared, and I’m getting an error code 1068. In exact words, it says “Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.” This is a serious problem for me, since I’m a lawyer and I need my printer to work for a big case coming up. The good news is that many of the problems you’re likely to face with your Epson inkjet printer can sometimes be corrected without much difficult right in your home. Here are a few examples.

Print Cartridge Not Properly Installed

With Epson printers, you may receive an error message after you have changed the ink cartridges. The message may say that the printer is not installed correctly in the printer. First, re-install the cartridge to make sure you have done it correctly. If the message still appears, remove it again and place adhesive tape on the portholes. Re-install. Communication Error Problems

You may also want to check the cable connections to your printer or the wireless connection depending on which method you are using. Slow or Incomplete Print Jobs

Occasionally, you may get the Epson printer to print only to have problems occur during the process. For example, you may find that the printing stops, waits then starts back up again. Then it repeats the process again several times before finishing a single page. In some cases, you may also find that the page prints out but does not have the finished print job on the page.
