Trouble is: There is no question of hardware router, to connect the computer and there was no problem, but it can not connect to normal, local area network and other computer can be a normal Internet connection.
Fault: This is usually due to the MAC address caused by binding ISP can not connect because some of the ISP in order to limit the number of users access, and authentication server in the MAC address of a bind, is not binding within the scope of normal user will not be able to Internet connection.
Solution: The first was to bind the MAC address of the computer connected to the LAN port router (router, but do not connect or Modem connection provided by the ISP), and then use the router's MAC address cloning feature, the network card MAC address to copy to the broadband router WAN port, and then the computer is not binding on the operation are as follows: Windows 2000/XP under the "start → Run", type "cmd / k ipconfig / all", which "Physical Address "is the local MAC address.

Try this, open up a command prompt window (Start-->Run-->"CMD"), and type in "netsh int ip reset c:resetlog.txt". This will rebuild your TCP/IP stack. Then try restarting the computer.

If you still aren't able to get online, you could try going into another command prompt window and typing in "netsh winsock reset", then restart.

If you still have a problem, contact the manufacturer of the computer or Microsoft.
