muvee Technologies… i need help!!?

well.. i need to load short video clips from my digital camera. It is in MOV format. In the help section, it’s stated that MOV can only be used if there is Apple Quicktime installed into the computer. I do have Quicktime, but i cant add movies into my muvee. Instead, the whole application just closes and because of error.
Anyone with suggestions?

Check the hard disk space, re boot the system, check the quicktime is it working , some times it will give error .If it does not wotk mean may be file which you are trying to access is corapted.
