Text Error Message-Photoshop?

Okay, I start up photoshop cs3 extended, i get the “n2000tn.dll missing” window, and when i try to use the text tool, im allowed to click the tool, but i can’t use it

The error message appears during the booting process(*under “Reading Brushes…”) and it states that “Could not load default brushes because the scratch discs are full.”

Hey im having a problem when starting photo shop, it pops up with a error box saying “could not open the scratch file because the file could not be found” and then “could not initialize photoshop because the file could not be found”

When I open a PSD file in adobe photoshop, I give this error:
“could not complete your request because the layer is not a valid text layer.”

Hello! I work with the program Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0, and I have had this problem where I click file, new, and then it freezes. And then after about a minute, an error pops up.
