Photoshop Brushes Error Extracting?

So I downloaded the trial version of photoshop. Is it not possible to load new brushes into it?
I have the brushes but when I try to extract them it says;
“do you want to copy this file with out encryption?”
“You are copying the file to a destination that does not support encryption”...

I have used my brushed every day, now today without warning I get this message..Could not use the history brush because the history state does not contain a corresponding layer.
Any suggestions?

Photoshop color error?

Whenever I like try to do a gradient or text or something on Photoshop with colors, it turns out gray or black or white.
Why is it like this?
I mean it was working like 30 minutes ago, and I come back onto Photoshop and wow, its all, black and white. o.o
How do i fix this?

WHen it installs it says something like “Insert Photoshop cs4 into drive C and continue installing”
But I dont have it yet. How do I fix this?

I am using a Windows vista (please no comments on that, the computer was bought last week) and i just installed Adobe photoshop Elements 2.0.
